Chapter 1 - Planning

Chapter 2 - Revisions

Timeline:

• May 28 - Begin Planning
• Sketch a couple ideas
• June 1 - Begin Drawing
• June 5 - Finish
• June 7 - Changed Idea and started other drawing
• June 10 - Finish Final Work

Notes:

• Initially created the bench and tree but didn't feel like it had enough emphasis on one or the other so I recreated it without the bench.

 

 Chapter 3 - Presentation

I wanted to keep it simple.  To show the design as simply as possible without any distractions in the design.  This way you can definitely see the Principals and Elements used clearly.  In the end I chose my single tree because it obviously showed the most emphasis but also was simpler yet still used the elements I wanted.

Chapter 4 - Assessment

95 Grade

 I chose this because I feel that the design represents the emphasis,value, and shape well.  Also a couple extra points because I technically drew 2 of them.
